An example of the fantasic standard of baking available in McCabes Cakes can be seen in this fantastic 11 tier
wedding cake created by Richard for a wedding in Spiddal,Co.Galway.
The cake consisted of four bottles of whiskey, 25kg of fruit, was full of cherries and took 12 hours to create.
The lucky groom gave a tier each to his 5 brothers, two sisters, mother, father,one to his son and of course one for
the lucky couple themselves
